By using Talverlator at talverlator.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Talverlator provides browser-based calculator, tallier, and converter tools, plus related informational pages. Features may change. Some features (such as ads) require a network connection; core tools may remain available offline after the app has been cached.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively in ways that harm availability, or use it to violate applicable law.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be error-free or suitable for professional, safety-critical, or regulated use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Talverlator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.
